  • -Orders are shipped out when placed before 12:00 pm CST.
  • -Smoked meat items are shipped out Monday-Wednesday.
  • -We do not require a signature for delivery when your order arrives.
  • -We ship meat items out on Thursday if Next day air is selected.
  • -We cannot ship perishable items out on Friday due to transit and delivery times.
  • -We do not ship to P.O. boxes because our courier is FedEx.
  • -Depending on climate conditions meats & sides arrive frozen, partially frozen or thawed. Refrigerate as soon as possible after delivery.
  • -If meat or sides are still frozen, they will take 1-2 days to thaw in the fridge.
  • -Any assistance needed please call 877-609-3337 Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm CST or email us at weborders@rudysbbq.com on Saturday & Sunday.
  • -We do not accept meat pre-orders at this time. Please place your order on the day you would like it to ship.  Same day shipping available Monday–Wednesday until 12 noon CST.
